I ordered this as whole bean- and when the magical box appeared on my doorstep- I picked it up, curious as to its contents. I didn’t even have to open it- I could SMELL the coffee! Holy Bean, this makes a glorious cup of coffee. It’s flavorful, well-balanced and deep without being overdone or burnt. Perfect with a wee dram of half and half added. I used an Aeropress and medium grind for the best results.
