We start with organic green coffees that are fresh-roasted, in individual batches, then blended and allowed to rest for 24 hours prior to grinding. Once rested and ground, the cold brewing process begins. Black Colt is cold-brewed for a maximum of 24 hours, double-filtered, bottled and refrigerated immediately.

How to use it – her’s a few of our favorite ways to enjoy Black Colt.
BLACK COLT ICED LATTE
1 part Black Colt
3 parts milk Stir & enjoy over ice
1 cup Black Colt
1 cup fine sugar
2 cups vodka
1/2 vanilla bean split lengthwise
Mix all ingredients, age 2-4 weeks. Strain, remove vanilla, put in new bottle.
Sip on its own, or in mixed drinks.
1.5 parts Black Colt Liqueur
1 part milk or half & half Combine in shaker with ice.
Shake hard, strain into chilled glass.
FANCY FILLY MILKSHAKE
3 big scoops vanilla ice cream (softened to 20 degrees)
1oz Black Colt 2 oz milk
2 oz caramel sauce
1 tsp vanilla Blend till smooth.
