When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, phone number, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

When you place orders, we provide the use of a secure server. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection with your Web browser encrypts the information you input before it is sent to the Web server. We then retrieve all orders using an encrypted SSL connection, ensuring the safety of your personal and credit card information. We do not warehouse credit card numbers on our server and all customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. ***Please note… the payment information a customer uses to place an order is securely encrypted and unavailable to any staff at any time.
Will we disclose the information to outside parties?
Lariat Coffee Roasters, Inc will not sell, trade, share or rent your personal information to others. This information is for our private records only. By using our Web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Lariat Coffee Roasters.
Lariat Coffee Roasters, Inc strives to provide you with the highest quality, freshest coffee you can buy and we take every measure to ensure that our coffee exceeds specialty coffee standards and customer expectations.
All of our roasts have been thoroughly cupped to assess quality and flavor. Batches are also tested randomly during production for quality assurance purposes.
If there is an error with your coffee order please call us immediately 509.996.3371 so we can fix the problem. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the freshness or quality of your coffee, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at 509.996.3371. We do not accept returns of coffee due to its perishable nature, but we will work with you resolve any problems or issues that arise to maintain your satisfaction as quickly as possible.
RETURN POLICY MERCHANDISE (NON-COFFEE)
Lariat Coffee Roasters, Inc wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We do not accept returns of used merchandise unless defective. All returns of non-coffee merchandise must be receivedÂ within 30 days of purchase date and will be processed for exchange only, not a refund of purchase. Please call us at 509.996.3371 to process your return/exchange.
We roast to order. Once an order is received it is placed on the next available roast schedule and the customer is notified via email with the estimated roast/ship date. Once roasted your order will be shipped within 24 hours. All orders are shipped “whole bean”Â unless otherwise specified by customer request. Please provide adequate instructions to ensure appropriate grinding of your coffee (brewing method & filter type).
Lariat Coffee Roasters, Inc offers both USPS Priority and FedEx GROUND shipping options
during the checkout process. USPS Priority usually takes 2-3 business days to reach destination. FedEx Ground can take 1-7 business days to reach destination. We do not guarantee shipping timeframes provided by either carrier. If you do not receive your order within the timeframe outlined please contact us for tracking information and assistance in locating the status of your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is correct for the shipping method chosen. Please note*** FedEx Ground does not deliver to a post office box.
