Description

A dark roasted, light to medium bodied coffee with bright fruity intensity, nutty aroma, sweet caramel overtones and a clean finish. This single-origin coffee is a strictly hard bean with high moisture content, that is shade grown at high altitudes and begs to be roasted to a dark profile to highlight its sweet caramel flavor and subtle fine acidity.
