Description

A thick, earthy, syrupy coffee with rich smooth flavors of wine, chocolate & notes of brown sugar. We take care not to over-roast this sun-dried, minimally processed Indonesian coffee. It tends to be bit more delicate from the start and shines when we gently roast it to perfection preserving it’s wine-like taste and sweet chocolate aroma.
